almost everything, it was such a great experience along for my children, we got off a 4 day cruise. relaxing by the pool with the bar being outdoors, games for the kids, activities throughout the day, and finishing with a night movie was awesome! I had so many asking for info because it looked amazing off my posts on social media. The front desk receptionist was AMAZING she explained everything, was so kind to us and allowed us to get our rooms earlier since our cruise arrived so early. I wish I could remember her name, I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and have never experienced such a kind person.

We didnt get to enjoy theanagers thing that offers drinks and snacks this te but I like that about Embassy suites properties. We loved the kids splash and play area. We discovered a tiny playground area shortly before we left. We didnt watch the movie by the pool but think that is a great touch. Same with the pool table and paddle ball table. Our view to the pond was nice. I liked the safety features (gates/key entries). Brealfast is always good there. It's a wonderful property. Perfect for families.

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites it was perfect for our first family trip and we spent most days at the Disney parks. The shuttle was always late and did not have a pick up for Magic kingdom and some of the other parks once dropped off but other than that and a few minor issues. The staff was wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. The amenities were wonderful and my family enjoyed the breakfast, Pool, snack time, acttivities for kids and reception with free snack and drinks.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Tv wasn’t working but after checking with front desk I had to hit 5 for it to work. This should have been documented in the room. Enjoyed happy hour. Food choices during happy hour were limited and used to be better
